Abstract : The Decommissioning and Dismantling (D&D) industry has the particularity of combining a set of "historical" data and industrial knowledge with the engineering of the innovations necessary for carrying out operations in a hazradous environment. For this emerging industry, the dependence between the knowledge established in the operational phase (ASN, 2015) of the facility and the skills to operate D & D is an interesting material for the development of pedagogical and didactic practices. Two topics illustrate the work on content development and pedagogical methodologies for the D & D industry. The first is an experience in higher education (Paquelin, 2009) focused on the development of "cyber-courses". The second, more innovative, is an experience of integration in the enterprise of educational content where video support is at the center of the learning model, experience lead in the context of a development project of a media inspection robot for hazardous environment. The experimental training ecosystem is composed of the learner, the historical training organization: the CNAM, the company that owns the nuclear site and the operator company. The ecosystem is extensive, complex and rich. It presents the technical and organic characteristics for the development of teaching methods and tools and didactic reflections. This research shows that Information and Communication Technologies for Education (ICT) offer means for the collection and dissemination of science and technology content particularly useful for supporting emerging industries and their associated ecosystem. ICT and related methods reinforce the role of the "enterprise" as a content author. The company contributes to the development of learning tools first for itself for the intrinsic homogenization of knowledge and know-how then for the extended ecosystem, school, university, enterprise, training organizations, without which she cannot develop
