Radiochimie et chimie sous rayonnement - rayonnements ionisants et radioéléments Le code Geant4-DNA :simuler les premiers instants de la radiolyse de l’eau

Abstract : The Geant4-DNA extension of the Geant4 Monte Carlo simulation toolkit for particle-matter interactions has been developed to provide the scientific community with the first open source platform for simulating the early and late biological effects of ionizing radiation on DNA. In particular, it offers the possibility to simulate radiolysis of liquid water. This article presents the approaches used.
