Mobizirc, a mobility database for zirconium alloys

Abstract : Mobizirc, a DICTRA mobility database for zirconium alloys, has been created using the CALPHAD method. The main alloying elements, Nb, Fe, Sn, Cr and O have been taken into account and some additional ones like H in order to simulate hydriding phenomena. The solid solutions have been firstly considered and additionally a few phases of interest, for which diffusion coefficients could be found in the literature FeZr2, FeZr3, ZrO2_MONO, ZrO2_TETRA and ZrH2_Epsilon. Finally, two case study calculations dealing with industrial applications are presented.
