# A study of the construction of the correlation matrix of $^{241}$Pu(n$_{th}$,f) isobaric fi ssion yields

Abstract : A double blinded analysis for $^{241}$Pu(n$_{th}$,f) isobaric fission yields has been carried out, one using a Monte-Carlo (MC) method, the other one relying only on analytical calculations. The calculations have been derived from the same analysis path and the same experimental data, obtained at the Lohengrin mass spectrometer at the Institut Laue Langevin (ILL). The comparison between the two analysis put into lights several biases and limits which allowed to correct a few steps of the analysis path. The final yields and the correlation matrices have been compared and present very close results, validating the analysis.
