However, it turned out that no such relation exists between the two quantities, correlation function and dynamical susceptibility, despite the fact that their behavior is similar in theoretical approaches such as the mode-coupling theory?see Ref. 34, Appendix A. For historical reason, the four-point function 4 t is now commonly called dynamic susceptibility, although it does not directly represent a response of any kind. However, as shown in Ref, Condens.
